We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

Eligible Returns

You may be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund if:

Your order arrived damaged or defective.
The product has a manufacturing or printing defect.

To request a return, please contact our customer support within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
A brief description of the issue.
Clear photos of the product showing the problem.

Custom Printed Products

Because some of our T-shirts are custom-printed to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

Incorrect size selected by the customer.
Spelling, design, or artwork errors approved before printing.
Colour variations caused by differences in monitor or screen settings.
Change of mind after production has started or after delivery.

Please review your design, spelling, sizing, and order details carefully before placing your order.

Exchanges

If your order qualifies due to a printing error, manufacturing defect, or incorrect item received, we will replace the item at no additional cost. If a replacement is unavailable, we may issue a full refund.

Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days, depending on your payment provider.

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Personalised or custom-designed t-shirts (unless defective or incorrect).
Washed, worn, or altered items.
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
